SI (Serviço de Informática - Information Technology Service) provides IT support to ITQB's users and network services.
What We Do
The Services described here, in general:
- Maintain ITQB's Network
- Software and Hardware support
- Field questions from users
- Inform users of any major problems or interruptions
- Create new users accounts
- Give access to computers, inside ITQB's network
- Assist with multimedia support in the Auditorium and room 2.13
- Enforce the rules related to the use of our computing facilities
